Fitzroy Square offices could become single home in Camden plan

A planning application submitted to the London Borough of Camden proposes converting 5 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 5HH, from office use into a single dwelling house. The application, logged under reference 2026/4015/P, seeks a change of use from commercial premises to a private home.

The proposal is among a series of applications received by the council this week, covering changes to residential properties, tree works, and commercial alterations across the borough. At 1 Kidderpore Avenue, two applications propose reductions to a London plane, magnolia, and plum, felling of a dead tree, and associated crown work (Ref. Commercial and residential changes

At St Pancras International Youth Hostel, 79-81 Euston Road, a non-material amendment seeks to alter the configuration of approved rooftop plant units and ductwork (Ref. No: 2026/3414/P). At 93 Euston Road, a variation of a condition attached to planning permission granted in 1997 is proposed (Ref. No: 2026/3884/P).

At 166A Camden Street, a change of use from commercial space to residential is proposed, including demolition of an existing store and office and construction of a three-bedroom dwelling (Ref. No: 2026/2709/P). At Raymond Burton House, 129-131 Albert Street and 79 Parkway, a Certificate of Lawfulness is sought for museum use at Albert Street and office use at Parkway (Ref.
