London Lottery Winner Faces 14-Day Deadline to Claim £10.6 Million Jackpot
A massive £10.6 million Lotto jackpot won in the London Borough of Bexley remains unclaimed, with just two weeks left for the lucky ticket holder to come forward. The National Lottery is intensifying efforts to locate the winner before the prize expires on April 2, 2026.
Urgent Search for Missing Millionaire in Bexley
The winning ticket was purchased in Bexley for the draw held on October 4, 2025. It matched all six main numbers: 06, 08, 12, 33, 49, and 59, securing the entire jackpot of £10,633,323. Despite the life-changing sum, no one has stepped forward to claim it, prompting a street-level campaign by lottery officials.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, the operator of The National Lottery, has taken to the streets of Bexley with a megaphone and a Lotto-styled digi-van to spread awareness. “We’re calling on players who may have bought a ticket in Bexley for the Lotto draw on Saturday, October 4 last year to check their tickets,” Carter emphasized. “Double-check any places you may have stashed your pink ticket – safe spots, old wallets, or even the pocket of a light jacket you haven’t worn since autumn.”
Critical Deadline and Claim Process
Under National Lottery rules, players have 180 days to claim prizes, setting a hard deadline of April 2, 2026, for this jackpot. Carter urged the community to assist in the search: “Do you live in Bexley or were you in and around the area in the week leading up to the draw? Tell your friends, ask your family, or use it as an excuse to spring clean. I want nothing more than to unite our missing winner with their prize and make them our latest millionaire. It could be you.”
If the prize goes unclaimed, the funds will be redirected to National Lottery projects, benefiting various good causes across the UK. However, officials remain hopeful that the winner will emerge in time.
How to Claim the Prize
Anyone who believes they hold the winning ticket should act immediately. Claims must be made within the 180-day deadline by contacting the National Lottery Line at 0333 234 5050 or emailing help@national-lottery.co.uk. It is crucial to verify ticket details and follow the official process to secure the multimillion-pound windfall.
This situation highlights the importance of checking old lottery tickets, as significant prizes can sometimes go unnoticed. With only 14 days remaining, the clock is ticking for what could be one of London’s largest unclaimed lottery wins in recent years.
