Corrections and Clarifications: Defence Planning and VAR Review
Corrections: Defence Planning and VAR Review

The following corrections have been made to recent articles. Due to an editing error, an article published on 11 May (Off target, p31) incorrectly stated that Fiona Hill used the term 'corrosive complacency' regarding the UK's defence planning. In fact, the term was used by George Robertson, co-author with Hill of last year's strategic defence review. This error occurred in the print edition only.

VAR Review Correction

A VAR review of second yellow cards will be mandatory for football bodies to adopt, not discretionary as stated in an article (A bridge too VAR, 12 May, p40). The error has been corrected.
