Awaab's Law Clarification
An article titled 'Help! My sofa is killing me' (18 July, Saturday magazine, p59) referenced Awaab's Law, stating that landlords have a legal obligation to address mould in rented housing. To clarify, this legal requirement currently applies only to social landlords in England. The law is scheduled to be extended to the private rented sector at a later date, as per government plans.
Italy's Coastline Correction
The subheading of an article about Italy's beaches (18 July, Saturday magazine, p16) incorrectly described the country's coastline as '8,000-metre'. The correct figure is 8,000 kilometres (8,000km), as the article's main text correctly stated. This error occurred only in the print edition.
Podcast Name Correction
A review of podcasts (18 July, What's On, p7) misidentified the actors Helen George and Yvette Robinson's show as 'Mystics'. The correct title is 'Mystic Mates'. This mistake was also confined to the print edition.
