As the search intensifies for Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews, an internet sleuth claims to have spotted unusual social media activity from the allegedly missing man. Last week, Lee failed to appear for a scheduled interview on Good Morning Britain, prompting Katie to publicly express fears that he had been kidnapped. Shortly thereafter, he was officially reported as a missing person.
Disappearance and Allegations
The 47-year-old former glamour model has not heard from Lee in days. According to reports, the last texts Katie received from Lee last Wednesday night included claims that he had been arrested near a 'black site', a covert government detention centre. However, other sources allege that Lee has actually 'ghosted' his wife and was 'squatting in a slightly run-down villa' in Dubai. Several ex-partners have come forward with accusations of financial scams and lies, suggesting Lee is 'frantically planning a route out of this ginormous hole he appears to have buried himself in'.
Interpol Involvement
The 43-year-old is reportedly wanted by Interpol after Hertfordshire police escalated an investigation involving claims from one of his former partners. With the exact circumstances of his disappearance still unclear, TV personality Luisa Zissman, known for The Apprentice and Celebrity Big Brother, traveled to Dubai to try to track him down. Although she had little success, she claimed that Lee was seen online on Facebook Messenger by members of the Brits in Dubai Facebook group, who shared screenshots.
In a video posted on Tuesday, Zissman joked that his alleged online activity indicates 'his kidnappers are definitely letting him have access to social media. Makes you wonder why he hasn’t reached out to ask for help. Who knows. But I did see that whilst I did some digging on Facebook.'
Ex-Girlfriend's Account
Despite the reported online activity, Lee remains elusive. His ex-girlfriend, Alana Percival, has shared her experience of their relationship on social media. She claimed that he once told her he was 'dying' and planned to leave his fortune to her. Offering her theory on why he has 'gone quiet' on Katie, Percival believes he 'underestimated massively' how many eyes were on the former glamour model. 'He’s backed into a corner. How many times can you keep lying? There’s been so much that has been found out about him. He’s getting caught out left, right and centre. It’s all over the internet and the news. He doesn’t care about being hated,' she said.
