During the night out at Club Elan, staff reportedly called 911 over Baldwin's behavior. Employees claimed the 33-year-old, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, attempted to use a bathroom designated for employees and was directed to a public restroom instead, but the interaction escalated.
Three staff members accused Baldwin of assault. One security guard told police that Baldwin pulled hair from his head while he tried to restrain her, while another claimed she kicked him in the groin. Bartender Haleigh Cauley reported an unusual confrontation involving a used tampon, which she said made contact with her face. Cauley later clarified that Baldwin did not throw the tampon but swung it upward while holding it during the confrontation.

Baldwin's lawyers, Drew Findling and Cris Schneider, had previously expressed confidence about the case. 'We remain absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution,' they told the Daily Mail in January.
