The 49-year-old socialite, who was romantically involved with the Duke of York during the late 1990s, made these contentious remarks during a recent discussion on LBC radio.
Defending Andrew and Making Bold Assertions
Lady Victoria has consistently defended Prince Andrew over the years as details of his association with convicted paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein have emerged. During her conversation with presenter Tom Swarbrick, she not only confirmed her own inclusion in the Epstein documents but went further to brand anyone omitted from them in a derogatory manner.
She elaborated on her perspective, stating: 'Epstein knew everybody who was very powerful. So, like if you were on the scene and you were powerful. If you're not in those files, it would be an insult because it just means that you were a bit of a loser.'
Presenter's Stunned Reaction
Tom Swarbrick responded with clear disbelief, questioning: 'Right, so the people who aren't in the files are losers?' To which Victoria unequivocally replied: 'Yes!' The presenter expressed his astonishment, commenting: 'That's an astonishing attitude, isn't it? You're the loser because you're not in this. I find that jaw-dropping.'

After facing intense criticism for this post, she subsequently backtracked, acknowledging: 'I have taken the decision to pause my posts on the topic of Virginia Giuffre at this time. Irrespective of circumstances, suicide in anyone at anytime is tragic and in a young mother who has children even more.'

Victoria has previously targeted Virginia Giuffre online, referring to her as the 'Queen of the fake photo'. When Giuffre posted images showing bruises sustained in a bus accident, Hervey responded by sharing a picture of herself smiling with the caption: 'What is Karma.'
