Shloime Rand, 34, and Moshe Shine, 76, were injured in yesterday's incident, which is being treated as terror. A 45-year-old British national, who came to the UK as a child from Somalia, was arrested.
The hostile reception underscores the tension following the attack, with community members expressing frustration over security concerns. The Prime Minister's office has not yet commented on the protests.
