Fourth Charged in Peckham Nightclub Stabbing Murder

A 23-year-old man has become the fourth person charged in connection with the murder of Aurelio Mejia, who was fatally stabbed outside a nightclub in south London. Nairol Messa is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court following the incident that occurred on Ruby Street in south Bermondsey.

Incident Details

Police were called to Ruby Street on the night of the incident following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found Aurelio Mejia suffering from multiple stab wounds. Despite the best efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Previous Charges

Three other individuals have already been charged in connection with the case. They are scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court for a pre-trial hearing on Friday, 3 July. The charges include:

  • Christian Perez, 19, of Lewisham Road, Lewisham, charged with murder and possession of a knife.
  • Enyeris Medina, 23, of Councillor Street, Southwark, charged with murder, possession of a knife, and two counts of grievous bodily harm.
  • Brittany Henaro Campo, 22, of Sedgehill Road, Bellingham, charged with conspiracy to commit Section 18 grievous bodily harm.

The investigation continues as authorities work to bring all those responsible to justice.
