A man in his 40s was rushed to hospital after being stabbed on a busy North London street, with his attacker still at large, the Metropolitan Police have confirmed.

Emergency services flooded Green Lanes in the Harringay Ladder area of Haringey shortly before 9:40pm on Wednesday, April 29, following reports of a stabbing. The victim was found with knife wounds and received urgent treatment at the scene.
Emergency Response
Paramedics and a trauma team from London's Air Ambulance treated the man's injuries before transporting him to a major trauma centre as a priority. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 9.41pm on Wednesday 29 April to reports of a stabbing on Green Lanes, N4. We sent resources to the scene including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, a paramedic from our tactical response unit and an incident response officer. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. Our first crews arrived in less than five minutes. We treated a man for stab wounds and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
Investigation Ongoing
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, and enquiries remain ongoing, the force added. Officers erected a cordon between Salisbury Road and St Ann's Road to secure the area for forensic examination.
