US attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, officially named the injured soldiers as Sarah Beckstrom, 20, and Andrew Wolfe, 24. The suspect was identified by FBI director, Kash Patel, as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, a man from Afghanistan who was residing in Bellingham, Washington state.
