At approximately 7pm, authorities were alerted to reports of a disturbance at the railway station. Upon arrival, officers discovered a teenager with stab wounds near the station. Following his discharge from the hospital, this teenager was arrested on suspicion of affray. In a subsequent search of the area, police located two additional teenagers. One of them had sustained a non-life-threatening stab injury to his arm, while the other was unharmed. Both were also arrested on suspicion of affray, and all three remain in custody as investigations continue.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police provided a detailed account: "Officers were called at around 7pm on Sunday, February 22 to reports of an altercation at Clock House railway station in Beckenham. On responding to the incident, officers found a teenager a short distance from the station. He had sustained stab injuries and was taken to hospital, where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing. He was later arrested on suspicion of affray upon being discharged from hospital. Officers conducted an area search and found two other teenagers, one of whom had also sustained a non-life-threatening stab injury to his arm. Both of these teenagers were also arrested on suspicion of affray. All those arrested remain in custody, and further enquiries are ongoing."

The London Ambulance Service also responded promptly to the scene. A spokesperson stated: "We were called at 6.59pm yesterday (February 22) to reports of a stabbing in Rowden Road, Beckenham. We sent an ambulance crew, two paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic, and an incident response officer to the scene. We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
