Police in South Australia have renewed and expanded their search for a woman who has been missing in the remote outback for 16 days, expressing grave concerns for her welfare.
Disappearance and Abandoned Vehicle
Trisha Graf, a 41-year-old woman from Andamooka, was last seen in the early hours of Friday, 12 December in the Roxby Downs area, approximately 510 kilometres north of Adelaide. She was driving a white 2012 Ford Territory with the South Australian registration S254BCX.
The vehicle was discovered abandoned and in an undriveable condition near Blue Dam, east of Andamooka, on 13 December, the day after she was last seen. This discovery immediately triggered a major search operation.
Extensive Search Efforts Intensify
An initial large-scale operation involving air, ground, and specialist dive teams failed to locate any trace of Ms Graf. Despite the challenging and vast terrain, authorities have not given up hope.
On Monday, police initiated a further aerial search mission, focusing on an area between Blue Dam and Andamooka. This zone, which is about 32 kilometres from Roxby Downs, expands upon the regions already meticulously combed during the earlier ground searches.

With each passing day, concerns for Ms Graf's safety are mounting. Investigators are urging anyone with information to come forward, no matter how insignificant it may seem.
