'They are locked in a secret and that's going to be long-lasting and going forward, that's going to affect their relationship,' she said. 'Obviously, there's still the baby secret to come out at some point.'
The baby secret refers to the truth that Charity's surrogate pregnancy, which Sarah believed was carrying her and Jacob's IVF baby, was actually the result of a drunken one-night stand with Ross Barton (Michael Parr).
