An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash on the A2 in Kent. The incident occurred on Friday, September 25, at approximately 8:35pm on A2 London Road coastbound, near the junction with Lewson Street.
Fatal Collision Details
Kent Police were called to the scene after reports of a collision involving a black BMW 420D car and a motorbike. The motorcyclist, who was riding a black Yamaha MT-09, sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 18-year-old male was arrested at the scene and remains in custody while enquiries continue, according to Kent Police.
