Madison Square Garden's Role

Madison Square Garden, often referred to simply as the Garden, has recently been in the spotlight as a music venue after hosting the New York Knicks during their run to their first national basketball championship in over 50 years, where they defeated the San Antonio Spurs. The arena also occasionally hosts political rallies but is primarily known for concerts and basketball games.
