Man 'danger to women' missing from West London care

Balasankar Narayanan, 46, a man previously described as "violent" and a danger to women and girls, has absconded from his care facility in West London. He was last seen at 2pm on Thursday, September 3, when he ran off from staff in South Park.

Police appeal for public assistance

The Metropolitan Police have issued a public appeal to help locate Narayanan as investigations continue. He is described as having shaved hair, wearing a light green T-shirt, grey/black shorts, black socks with red stripes, and grey shoes.

Police suspect he could be sighted in East, Central, or West London and have asked the public to call 999 immediately if they spot him.

History of absconding

Narayanan has previously absconded from his carers several times: once in 2021, twice in 2023, and again in 2024. At that time, police stated he could be "violent and considered a risk to women."

The current appeal underscores the urgency of locating him, given his history and the potential risk he poses. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact emergency services without delay.
