Emergency services were called to a tragic incident on the M4 near Bridgend on Saturday evening, where the body of a 24-year-old man was discovered.

South Wales Police received a report of a man in distress on the M4 footbridge near Junction 36 shortly before 9:30pm on Saturday, December 6. Upon arrival, officers located the body of a young man on the slip road nearby.
The motorway was subsequently closed in both directions to allow police, CSI, and ambulance crews to attend the scene. Paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service attempted resuscitation, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
