A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm following a stabbing in Catford, southeast London. Emergency services, including police, ambulance crews, and London's Air Ambulance, were dispatched to Catford Broadway at 1:10 p.m. on Friday, May 29, after reports of an altercation.
Victim Hospitalized with Non-Life-Threatening Injuries
Upon arrival, officers located a man in his 40s suffering from stab wounds. He was immediately transported to a hospital, where medical staff assessed his injuries as neither life-threatening nor life-changing. The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
Suspect in Custody
The alleged attacker, a 37-year-old man, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He remains in police custody while investigations continue. Authorities have not yet disclosed a motive for the attack.
