A 17-year-old boy has been arrested following a stabbing in Northolt on the evening of July 27. The incident occurred on New Park Close, a residential street off the A40, shortly after 5:40 pm. Emergency services, including the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service, responded to reports of a stabbing.
Victim taken to major trauma centre
A 20-year-old man was found with multiple injuries near the junction with Hollowfield Walk. He was treated at the scene by paramedics and then transported to a major trauma centre by road. According to the Metropolitan Police, his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing.
The London Ambulance Service dispatched multiple resources, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer, and London's Air Ambulance. A spokesperson for the service said: "We were called at 5:45 pm yesterday (27 July) to reports of a stabbing on Hollowfield Walk, Northolt, UB5. We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance. We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre by road."
Suspect in custody
Officers from the Metropolitan Police arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody pending further investigation. The police have confirmed that enquiries are ongoing and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
