Katie Price has revealed the surprising total amount she has spent on plastic surgery over the years, despite having undergone dozens of procedures. The former glamour model, 48, admitted to spending just £40,000 on surgeries, a figure that left presenter Olivia Attwood astonished.

In a candid interview on ITV's The Price of Perfection, Katie was asked by Olivia Attwood how many surgeries she thinks she has had in total. Katie replied, 'Oh my god, that's really hard. Maybe about 30 or 40? I must have done.'
Olivia then probed, 'Obviously you have had a lot of free surgery but you have paid for some as well. Over the years, would you say it has been a mix of offered free stuff and things that have been paid?'
Katie responded, 'I've probably paid £40,000 in all – for surgery.' A surprised Olivia exclaimed, 'What, in all – is that it?'
Katie clarified that accepting free surgery has not influenced her decisions. 'I would pay for it if I wanna get it done,' she explained.
From first procedure to Turkey trip
Katie had her first cosmetic procedure at age 20, increasing her breast size from 32B to 32C. The following year, at 21, she began facial work with lip fillers. Since then, she has undergone multiple facelifts, nose jobs, body contouring, Botox, and bum fillers, with reports suggesting she has had upwards of 40 operations, including 17 breast augmentations.
Recently, she traveled to Turkey for another facial procedure, a destination known for cheaper surgery costs. However, the trip nearly ended in disaster when surgeons almost performed the wrong operation on her.
Near-miss with wrong surgery
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she told her sister Sophie: 'Oh my God. Do you know what is funny, though? Before I went down and the doctors come and see you, and they thought I wanted a back lift!'
A back lift enhances the upper body by removing excess skin and fat. Katie detailed, 'So, basically, imagine if you grab your skin; they basically pull your skin up, so it would lift your bum up, all of that, take all your skin, and you just get a cut right across your back.'
Despite her extensive surgical history, Katie firmly declined the proposed procedure: 'I don't want a back lift! I said, “Lucky you said that!”'
