Coronation Street's Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) is facing a new threat as she confronts Jodie Ramsey (Olivia Frances-Brown) over inconsistencies in the story of her attack. The confrontation comes after Sarah killed Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) in self-defence, a secret known only to her and ex-husband Gary Windass (Mikey North).
Jodie's Suspicious Timing
Jodie has been stirring trouble for the Platt family, targeting sister Shona (Julia Goulding) with a vengeance campaign. After her failed plan to seduce David (Jack P Shepherd), Jodie was confronted by Sarah on the night of Theo's murder. Jodie knocked Sarah unconscious, giving Sarah the perfect alibi for the killing.
Now, Jodie lets slip that David the dog was barking at the time of the incident, raising Sarah's suspicions. Sarah corners Jodie for answers, but their conversation is interrupted by DS Lisa Connor-Swain (Vick Myers), who wants to review details of Theo's murder.

Sarah insists her attack took place at 9.10pm, with the dog barking loudly. Jodie points out that the timings don't add up, suggesting Sarah might have been with Gary. However, Sarah turns the tables, questioning Jodie about her trinket box filled with stolen keepsakes from neighbours.
Jodie is thrown off guard, and the tension escalates. Sarah's secret is at risk of being exposed, as Jodie may have deduced the truth about the murder.

Gary helped Sarah dispose of Theo's body, and their shared secret led partners Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) and DS Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) to suspect an affair. Jodie fuelled these rumours, adding to the chaos.
With Sarah's emotional state deteriorating, she drowns her sorrows in the Rovers, worrying Nick (Ben Price) and David. The confrontation with Jodie could unravel everything, as Jodie's knowledge of the attack night may expose Sarah as Theo's killer.
According to a Metro Soaps report, Jodie's propensity to target the Platt family means Sarah's problems could worsen if the truth emerges. The question remains: has Jodie bitten off more than she can chew?
