The world's largest bouncy castle is making its way to the United Kingdom, and it includes adults-only sessions complete with alcohol on tap. Mega Bounce, a massive inflatable world spanning 2,500 square metres—equivalent to two football pitches—will be set up in Braintree Village, Essex, just an hour from London by train.
What is Mega Bounce?
Mega Bounce is a gigantic inflatable park packed with slides, sports zones, obstacle courses, and ample space for jumping. It offers a nostalgic experience for adults who fondly remember birthday party bouncy castles from their childhood.
Sessions Available
Adults-Only Sessions (16+): Running daily from 6pm to 9pm, these sessions feature a bar serving alcoholic beverages like slushies, summer spritz, cocktails, and beers, along with street food options such as chocolate-covered frozen cheesecake, ice cream, and fruit sorbets. The atmosphere includes fog machines, blaring lights, karaoke, and themed nights from the 1980s and 1990s, plus fancy dress nights and an inflatable unicorn party pit.
Quiet Sessions: From 10am to 11am daily, these sessions are suitable for ages 5 and up (minimum height 1 metre). Only 100 tickets are available, ensuring lower capacity. No music or commentary is played, but full access to all attractions is provided.
All-Age Sessions: Running from 11am to 6pm, these sessions offer full sensory overload with loud music, lighting effects, and video clips projected on a big screen. Each session lasts one hour, with bars, street food, and relaxation zones open.
