Gail's Opening New Cafe in St James's Park in July

Gail's, the upscale bakery chain known for its premium baked goods and coffee, is expanding its presence in central London with a new cafe in St James's Park. The venue is set to open in July, adding to the brand's growing list of locations across the UK.

New Location Details

The new Gail's will occupy a 3,200 square foot space within The Broadway, a development project built on the site of the former New Scotland Yard. Situated near iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Horse Guards Parade, the cafe will offer both takeaway and dine-in options. Indoor seating will accommodate 74 guests, while an outdoor alfresco area will provide space for an additional 25 seats.

Part of a Growing Chain

Gail's currently operates 185 locations across the UK, including in London, Cambridge, Oxford, Brighton, and Manchester. The chain has been actively expanding in the capital, with recent openings in Crystal Palace, Hackney, and Gatwick Airport. The St James's Park location continues this trend, bringing its signature pastries, scones, sausage rolls, and coffee to a new audience.
