Open House Festival returns to London from Saturday, September 12, to Sunday, September 20, offering a unique opportunity to explore 644 venues that are normally closed to the public. The festival includes architectural gems such as City Hall, the Royal Courts of Justice, the Royal Society of Musicians, Chelsea Physic Garden, London Guildhall, Lincoln's Inn, The Middle Temple, Inner Temple Gardens, English National Ballet, Hackney Empire, John Keats' House, and Charlton House, along with numerous stately homes, museums, and historic churches.
Registration and Booking Details
Registration for Open House Festival is free, but visitors are encouraged to make an average donation of £7 to help maintain the buildings. An interactive map is available to help attendees find venues in specific areas. From August 19, registrants can book visits and create personal itineraries.
Special Access: 10 Downing Street and BT Tower
Two venues require additional steps. A ballot for guided tours of 10 Downing Street opens on Wednesday, July 29. Guided tours to the top of the BT Tower will be available over the weekend of September 19-20, with bookings starting August 19. In addition to interior access, hundreds of guided tours are scheduled across both weekends, showcasing various neighborhoods and points of interest.
