Héloïse, speaking from her Hello Moments & Co office in Marrakesh, revealed that contrary to what some might expect from a global superstar, Mel B was anything but a bridezilla. "She wasn't a bridezilla at all. I think she's the nicest bride I've ever had," Héloïse confessed during a Zoom interview. "She's really become a friend from this experience, because she's the most understanding and grateful person I've met and worked with."

The wedding planner shared several touching examples of the popstar's genuine nature during the three-day celebration. One particularly memorable moment occurred in the early hours of the morning when Mel B personally thanked staff who were constructing a custom-built platform across the hotel swimming pool.
"My staff were building the stage on the water for her ceremony. So they were building it all night. And she went – at one o'clock or two o'clock in the morning – saying thank you to them for working on it, after her first event," Héloïse recalled. "It's not even about being a celebrity or not a celebrity, like it is such humbleness and authenticity to have any human go and thank everyone like that."

The celebration featured several distinctive elements that reflected the couple's personality. Mel B chose a stunning bejewelled red wedding dress, while Rory made a dramatic statement by slicing a bright red tiered cake with a sword. "They were very touched by the way she respected the culture, and was really grateful, and I thought that was really something very, very special," Héloïse noted.

She couldn't praise Mel B enough, stating: "She has such consideration for people's time and effort, it's unbelievable. Yeah, like, this woman hasn't forgotten whatsoever where she comes from, that's very rare in anyone who succeeds."
The admiration was clearly mutual, with Mel B telling Metro: "It was a joy to work with Héloïse.
