Tyson Fury Splashes £35k on Business Class Flights to Thailand

Tyson Fury and his wife Paris have splashed out £35,000 on business class flights to Thailand, travelling in style with their five youngest children. The boxing champion, 37, and his family flew with Etihad Airways, with each seat costing approximately £5,000. The couple documented their 36-hour journey on TikTok, showing their children enjoying the luxurious experience.

A Lavish Journey

Paris Fury, 36, shared a series of snaps and clips on TikTok, capturing the family's travel from the Isle of Man to Thailand. Their journey began with a ferry from the Isle of Man, followed by a drive to Manchester, and then a flight to Abu Dhabi. 'Flying fancy this time, the kids look far too small in these seats,' she wrote alongside a clip of her daughters in matching blue outfits. While the children slept, Tyson and Paris indulged in gourmet meals from the menu, including roasted chicken breast and lamb biryani. Upon landing in Abu Dhabi, they caught a connecting flight to Thailand, where each family member had their own pod. Finally in Thailand, they made their way to the hotel, with Paris writing: 'A long trip but we're here to create some new memories.' She added that the lengthy travel was 'well worth it.'

Public Reaction

Paris's post garnered thousands of likes on TikTok, with commenters noting how 'blessed' the children are. One user wrote: 'Love how down to earth and real this family are despite the wealth, proper salt of the earth people.' Another added: 'So great they all have a fabulous life and can travel very privileged but you keep them grounded it's beautiful.' A third joked: 'It's not too bad in first class is it?'

Tyson Fury's Earnings

According to Forbes reports from May 2025, Tyson Fury ranked third among the highest-paid athletes in the world, with earnings estimated at $146 million (£108.4 million). Speaking about money last year, Fury stated that his ultimate motivation is to make 'as much money as I can until the wheels fall off.' He told Sky Sports: 'Andy Lee never had £200m in his bank to make him happy, did he? So what is my goal? It's not a belt. It's not a legacy. It's not a boxing fight. It's to make as much money as possible.' Fury added: 'I've had 40 professional fights, and I was in every single one of them for the money. If I wasn't getting paid, I wouldn't have done any of them.' He proudly admitted to doing it 'for the dough' and told the truth: 'I don't come to these places thinking, "Oh my God, I'm on TV. I'm famous." I'm thinking, "How much dough can I get at any given moment in my career?" If you want to fight, the only question I say is, "How much?" I have gloves, I have a body, and I will travel if the money is right.'

Lavish Lifestyle

Tyson and Paris, who married in 2008, have never hidden their expensive tastes, from designer clothes and cars like the Gypsy King's Lamborghini to an £8 million mansion. Most recently, the parents funded Venezuela Fury's £30,000 honeymoon with her new husband, Noah Price, staying at a resort costing £166 per night. The 16-year-old married the 19-year-old amateur boxer at the Royal Chapel of St. John on the Isle of Man earlier this month, with parental consent due to her age. The wedding featured guests like Molly-Mae Hague and a surprise performance by Peter Andre. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds headed to Marbella on a gifted getaway from her parents. It is believed that Tyson and Paris also gave Venezuela £5 million and a chalet-style property as a wedding present. A source told The Sun: 'Some family members thought it was a lot of money for a young couple, so there were some mixed feelings – but it's up to Tyson and Paris.'

Defending Young Marriage

Venezuela has defended her young marriage, telling Metro that she doesn't 'see the problem' getting engaged and married as a teen. Paris also said: 'We don't see the problem. If she's happy, he's happy, we're happy, I don't understand it at all.'
