Ten fire engines and 70 firefighters have been deployed to a flat fire in Thornton Heath, London, in the early hours of Saturday, May 23. The blaze erupted on Lenham Road, prompting a major emergency response.

According to the London Fire Brigade (LFB), the fire has engulfed part of the ground and first floors, as well as the entire roof of a mid-terraced house that has been converted into flats.
