The Guardian is inviting readers to share their favourite river or canal activities in the UK or Ireland. Whether it's paddling along an urban waterway, navigating a historic canal in a narrowboat, spotting wildlife on an estuary walk, or enjoying a towpath bike ride, the publication wants to hear how you spend time on the water.
