More than 800 users have reported problems in the United Kingdom, while over 400 users in the United States have also encountered difficulties. The most significant issue users are facing is with logging in, which accounts for 64 percent of all reported problems.

Complaints about the app itself make up 24 percent of the reports, while 10 percent of users said they were unable to receive messages. The outage has disrupted productivity for many professionals relying on the email service for communication.
