London Tube and Overground closures for November 2026

London's public transport network will face widespread closures throughout November 2026, affecting Underground, Overground, DLR, Elizabeth line and Tram services as crowds head to fireworks displays, festive light switch-ons and Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.

Transport for London (TfL) has confirmed that Burnt Oak station on the Northern line will not be served from November 1 as work to add step-free access continues, with the disruption lasting until November 8. Passengers are advised to take the 204 or N5 (for the Night Tube) bus routes to Colindale for southbound Northern line trains, while those travelling to and from Edgware should use the same northbound bus routes, which roughly follow the Underground route.

The Bakerloo line will have no service between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone on November 21-22. The Circle line will shut between Hammersmith and Tower Hill on November 28-29, while the District line will close between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway on November 21-22 and between Edgware Road and High Street Kensington on November 28-29.
