In the celebratory scenes, Elliot's mother Nicola (played by Nicola Wheeler) is seen delightedly informing villagers in the cafe that Elliot has 'smashed' his A-Level results. Elliot is the son of Jimmy King (Nick Miles) and Kelly Windsor, and Jimmy only learned of his existence in 2012 when Kelly introduced them. Elliot moved in with his father permanently in 2016.
Luca confirmed his return earlier in the year via a statement on Instagram, shared through his musical theatre school, Pendleton School of Theatre. He said, 'After a short break, I am so excited to say that this summer I am back in the studio filming for a new storyline as Elliot Windsor in Emmerdale. It's a role I've been lucky enough to play since 2016, and it's such a privilege to still be part of it. Looking forward to seeing where this next chapter goes.'
