Emmerdale Spoiler Video Confirms Devastating 'Death' Twist as Joe and Graham Are Staggered

This is the moment Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) fears that Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) is even willing to put the woman he loves in severe danger just so he can get revenge in Emmerdale.

As far as Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) is concerned, Joe has absolutely no idea that she is busy plotting to destroy his life. Everything changed for Dawn a few weeks ago, when she learnt from Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) that Joe assisted in having her framed, and also cut down Holly Barton's tree. These events, along with knowing about Joe blackmailing Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins), left Dawn with the conclusion that she no longer wanted anything to do with him.

The first part of her plan saw Dawn trick Joe into giving her some money so she could buy Take a Vow from Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper). Dawn had no intention of doing this; she just wanted Joe's cash. He transferred it over, and remained totally oblivious that Dawn had an ulterior motive. She then realised she could gain even more of Joe's money by asking if he would neglect her children once their new baby is born. To prove otherwise, Joe set up trust funds for Clemmie, Lucas, Evan, and the new mini Tate. The accounts would set the children up for life – and Dawn would also have access to the cash in them.

Also in on this plan are Moira and Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), but Cain is struggling to keep his mouth shut. Every time Joe so much as looks in his direction, Cain wants to floor him. At the Woolpack next week, Cain is throwing daggers at Joe, and it looks like he might explode, when Moira arrives and puts the kibosh on it. Cain sheepishly behaves himself, but Moira and Dawn can see things could easily go south if they are not careful. Cain takes his anger back to the Dingles, where he lets the lid off and shows how much he is struggling to contain his fury. This makes Moira worry for Dawn's safety, and she advises her to grab her kids and get out. This is not what Dawn expected to happen, and suddenly the gravity of the situation hits her – she cannot leave. Moira is shocked at her decision, but Dawn is adamant she needs to do this her way, despite the dangers.

The betrayal is eating away at her, especially when Joe starts rubbing it in about how happy he is to have a family and impending nuptials. Dawn's naivety is then highlighted as it becomes crystal clear that Joe's guilt trip is strategic – because he knows what she is up to.

Also privy to what has been happening is Graham, of course. He urges Joe to take action, but Joe assures his pal that all is in hand. In this new video, we get a glimpse of what 'all is in hand' actually means to Joe.

When Graham returns home, he is staggered to find Dawn unconscious at the bottom of the stairs. Just as he goes to reach for his phone and call for help, Joe appears. 'What have you done?', Graham wonders. What has Joe done? He hates being betrayed, but will he really sink this low and put his pregnant partner's life in jeopardy?
