Omaze has launched its latest London prize draw, offering a £3.5 million Victorian home in Mapesbury, northwest London. The property includes a zip line, a wellness studio, two ice baths, and a treehouse, along with £250,000 in cash and the option to keep £195,000 worth of furnishings. A portion of the entry fees, at least £1 million, will go to the London Air Ambulance Charity.
Property Features and Location
The three-storey, five-bedroom Victorian home features three bathrooms, a generous home office, and an open-plan kitchen with stained-glass windows and oak herringbone flooring. Other rooms include a duck-egg blue living room, a snug for reading, a playroom, and a master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom. Outside, the 320-foot garden contains a wellness studio, two ice baths, a treehouse, and a zip line.
The property is located close to Mapesbury Dell, a lush green area, and is a short walk from Willesden Green station on the Jubilee line, placing it less than an hour from central London.
Prize Details and Options
As with all Omaze draws, the house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner can choose to keep the existing furnishings worth £195,000 or opt for a cash alternative. Additionally, they receive £250,000 in cash to help with moving or settling in.
According to Omaze, the winner has several options: move into the property, rent it out for an estimated £12,000 per month, or sell it to become a cash multi-millionaire.
Entry Deadline and Charity Beneficiary
Entries can be made online until Sunday, September 27, or by post until Tuesday, September 29. A guaranteed minimum of £1 million from the entry fees will be donated to the London Air Ambulance Charity, which provides emergency medical services across the capital.
