Corrections and clarifications have been issued for several recent articles. An image of Livano Comenencia celebrating a goal for Curaçao was incorrectly captioned as showing Germany’s Felix Nmecha in the print edition of the article “Curaçao enjoy moment but Germany show no mercy” (15 June, p48). Additionally, an article stated that Lionel Messi played in the 2007 Under-20 World Cup; however, he participated in the 2005 event, known then as the Fifa World Youth Championship. Ángel Di María played in the 2007 tournament but not in 2005, contrary to the article “One last job: If this is Messi’s final World Cup, could he eclipse Maradona and win it twice?” (6 June, Sport, p16).
