Joel was brutally attacked last month after attending what was supposed to be a harmless end-of-term party in the park. However, the gathering was orchestrated by a group of local teens intent on confronting Joel following his release from prison. The teens, including Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd), Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James), Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega), Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury), Lily, Ricky (Frankie Day), Will Mitchell (Freddie Phillips), and Barney (Lewis Bridgeman), tied Joel up and poured beer over him, recording the humiliation.
