A man has been taken to a major trauma centre following a stabbing in south London. The incident occurred at the junction of Crown Lane and Beulah Hill in West Norwood at 10:56am this morning (September 21).
Specialist paramedics, including crews in a fast response car and an incident response officer, attended the scene. The man was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital.
Ambulance service responds
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10:56am today (21 September) to reports of a stabbing on the junction of Crown Lane and Beulah Hill, SE27.
"We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer. We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
