Former EastEnders star Joshua Pascoe, who played Ben Mitchell from 2010 to 2012, has launched an OnlyFans account where he creates adult content, including role play as his iconic character. He told the Daily Star that within the first month he was earning in double figures and has been surprised by the demand for Ben Mitchell-themed fantasies.
From Albert Square to OnlyFans
Joshua Pascoe, now in his early 30s, was axed from EastEnders at age 16. After struggling to secure acting roles, he worked on a building site before friends suggested he try adult content creation. 'After EastEnders, the acting slowly dried up and I went to work on a building site instead,' he said. 'Then my friends suggested I start the adult work and within the first month I was in double figures.'
He noted that the market for feet content is particularly strong: 'The market for blokes feet is mad…' He added that fans often request pictures of his feet, and he has discovered new kinks of his own: 'There are so many different kinks and since starting this, I've realised I'm not as vanilla as I thought.'
Ben Mitchell role play proves popular
A surprising hit has been his portrayal of Ben Mitchell. 'I put a video up of me in my glasses and it went crazy… I won't even repeat some of what people have said,' Pascoe said. 'It's amazing how many people have said Ben Mitchell is a fantasy… it sounds so strange to say, but people like it.'
Pascoe is one of several actors to play Ben Mitchell, a character known for multiple recasts. Charlie Jones originated the role as a Lady Gaga fan; Pascoe brought a sinister edge after Ben's time in a young offenders facility, including the accidental killing of Heather Trott. Harry Reid later played a closeted Ben, and Max Bowden portrayed the adult villainous version.
Newfound happiness outside acting
Pascoe emphasized that he leads a normal life alongside his OnlyFans work. 'I've just got a normal job, I'm a normal bloke. I've got a nine to five, Monday to Friday. I'm humble – there's nothing flashy or lairy about me, I hope. I'm just a normal guy, but people have been really interested, which has baffled me,' he said.
He added: 'And it's been pretty amazing. I never ever thought, I never ever imagined that it would take off the way it has done. And I couldn't be happier.'
