Chris Hitchen, an actuary with over 30 years in investment management, chairs Border to Coast, a £50 billion pension manager for local government workers, and the £20 billion Nuclear Liabilities Fund. He is a former chief executive officer of Railpen and has served as a board member at Nest, which provides pensions for 13 million UK workers.

Puja Jain, a designated partner at Generation Investment Management, oversees a global equity fund and brings over 17 years of sustainable investing experience. She has developed frameworks integrating environmental, social, and bio-diversity factors into investment strategy. Stephen Godsell, company secretary, joined the group in 2017 as general counsel and company secretary. He previously held senior positions at PA Group, The Economist Group, and Clifford Chance.
