State Fayre Festival 2026: Kings of Leon & Neil Young Headline
New State Fayre Festival 2026 Line-Up Announced

A major new music event is set to bring a taste of American state fair culture to British shores next summer. The inaugural State Fayre festival will take over Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex from June 26 to 28, 2026.

Organised by Live Nation, the camping festival promises to blend massive musical acts with authentic Americana, featuring everything from craft beers and BBQ to fairground rides and live food demonstrations.

Star-Studded Musical Line-Up

The festival's first wave of acts is led by three heavyweight headliners. Kings of Leon will kick off the event on the first night, while rock legend Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts are set to deliver a powerful performance. Folk-rock favourites The Lumineers will close the festival on the Sunday night.

They will be joined by an impressive roster of supporting artists spanning rock, country, and folk. The bill includes The Black Crowes, Elvis Costello and The Imposters with Charlie Sexton, Counting Crows, KT Tunstall, and UK indie heroes The Coral.

Other confirmed names include Sierra Ferrell, Dylan Gossett, Kingfishr, and Nina Nesbitt, with more acts to be announced in the coming months.

More Than Just Music

State Fayre aims to be a full-scale immersive experience. Attendees can look forward to three main stages, a wide selection of whiskey and craft beers, and dedicated vegetarian and vegan food traders.

The festival grounds will also feature live food talks and demonstrations, classic fairground rides, and boutique camping options for those wanting to enhance their weekend.

How To Get Your Tickets

Tickets for the debut State Fayre festival will go on sale to the public at 9am GMT on Thursday, November 28. They will be available for purchase through the festival's official website.

With a unique blend of top-tier music and American fair culture, State Fayre 2026 is poised to become a highlight of the UK's summer festival season.
