Pepsi is launching three new dessert-inspired flavours just in time for summer 2026, and we got an exclusive first taste. The iconic soda brand has unveiled a new range hitting UK shops, inspired by popular ice cream flavours. Fans have been requesting a raspberry flavour for years, and now it's here in a creamy twist.
What are the new Pepsi ice cream flavours?
The three Zero Sugar drinks come in Salted Caramel, Raspberry Ripple, or Cherry & Vanilla options. The Raspberry Ripple is expected to be a hit, as Pepsi fans have missed Pepsi Max Raspberry since it was discontinued in March 2024. Some called that flavour 'the best ever,' and while the new one is slightly creamier, it should fill the void.
When do the new drinks launch?
The full Pepsi ice cream flavour range launches exclusively at Tesco from May 18. Cherry & Vanilla and Raspberry Ripple will roll out nationwide from July 14. Salted Caramel remains a Tesco exclusive limited edition. The drinks are available in 330ml cans, 8-can multipacks, 500ml bottles, and 1.5 litre bottles.
Do they actually taste like ice cream?
We tried all three. Salted Caramel tastes like Pepsi mixed with Biscoff – strong and sweet, reminiscent of root beer but sweeter. It may appeal to some, but it was too intense for us. Raspberry Ripple is creamier and more artificial, like blue raspberry, with a nostalgic ice cream float vibe. Cherry & Vanilla is the favourite: fruity, fizzy, and surprisingly sweet for Zero Sugar. It's a safe choice, similar to Cherry Vanilla Coke or Dr Pepper.
The new range is sure to excite soda lovers and dessert fans alike this summer.
