McDonald's UK & Ireland has officially unveiled its highly anticipated festive lineup for Christmas 2025, featuring a dramatic Grinch-themed takeover alongside returning customer favourites.
The Grinch Takes Over McDonald's
Launching on Wednesday November 26, the new menu puts a distinctive green spin on the festive season. The star attraction is undoubtedly The Grinch Meal, which comes with a choice of a Big Mac, 9 Chicken McNuggets, or a McPlant meal, plus a drink.
This special meal includes the brand-new Grinched McShaker Fries, which feature a surprising gherkin-flavoured seasoning, and a pair of limited edition Mismatched Grinch Socks. To wash it all down, customers can try the Frozen Grinch Lemonade, a vibrant green beverage complete with a melon swirl.
New Additions and Sweet Treats
Beyond the Grinch, McDonald's is introducing several other new items. The Cheesy Chicken Stack promises a satisfying crunch with its 100% chicken breast in a crispy coating, layered with plenty of cheese, lettuce and Chipotle Salsa.
For those with a sweet tooth, two new McFlurry varieties will debut. The Mischief McFlurry combines soft dairy ice cream with festive Smarties, Christmas tree sweets and strawberry sauce. Meanwhile, the Chocolate Brownie McFlurry offers a classic flavour combination. The beverage menu also expands with a Coconut Latte and a Coconut Hot Chocolate.
Returning Favourites and Limited Availability
Fans of McDonald's traditional festive offerings will be pleased to see the return of several classics. The popular Big Tasty and Double Big Tasty are back on the menu, alongside the ever-popular Cheese Melt Dippers.
Mark your calendars, as the entire 2025 Festive Menu arrives in restaurants nationwide on Wednesday November 26. McDonald's confirms the range will be available for six weeks only, making it a strictly limited-time treat for the holiday season.
