While London leads the rankings, other major cities demonstrate strong representation in the coffee excellence stakes. Bristol and Manchester share second place, each boasting four recognised establishments. The list extends far beyond urban centres, featuring establishments from picturesque locations including Portree on the Isle of Skye and Falmouth in Cornwall.
All four nations of the British Isles are represented in this comprehensive assessment. England leads with 30 recognised coffee shops, followed by Scotland with nine establishments.
