Cadbury enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate as the chocolate giant introduces two new dessert pots just in time for summer. Following the announcement of a Golden Dipped Twirl bar later this year, the brand has now released upgraded versions of its popular Cadbury Dairy Milk Pots of Joy.
What Are the New Cadbury Desserts?
The new 'made to share' pots feature extra add-ins. One variety includes Twirl chocolate pieces, while the other contains mini Oreo biscuits. These 345g pots are designed for sharing and are now available in supermarkets.
Where to Buy the New Desserts
Shoppers can find the new desserts at Sainsbury's, where they are priced at £3.50 but currently on offer for £2.75 with a Nectar Card. At Tesco, the pots cost £3.50, and at Morrisons, they are available for £3 each. The products have already generated excitement online, with fans describing them as 'banging' and 'a NEED'.
The original Pots of Joy have received numerous five-star reviews on the Morrisons website. One reviewer, mrsl66, commented: 'Gorgeous, smooth and creamy dessert pot. Had with fresh strawberries as part of my lunch today. Very decadent and tasty. My new favourite treat.' Another fan, megant22, wrote: 'This is the best dessert! I absolutely love this!'
In other sweet news, Jaffa Cakes and Digestives have collaborated to create a limited-edition biscuit, available at Sainsbury's for £2.25 per 250g pack. Additionally, M&S has launched a giant version of its chocolate-covered custard creams, and Magnolia Bakery from the US has opened in London, offering its famous banana pudding.
Cadbury's new dessert pots are expected to be a hit among chocolate lovers looking for a convenient and indulgent treat this summer.
