Olivia Attwood's Marriage to Bradley Dack Never Legal

Olivia Attwood and Bradley Dack's Marriage Was Never Legally Registered

Following their highly publicized split earlier this year, it has now been revealed that reality TV star Olivia Attwood and footballer Bradley Dack were never legally married, despite their extravagant wedding ceremony in 2023. The couple, who ended their 10-year relationship in January, had their union documented for television but failed to complete the necessary legal formalities.

The Lavish Wedding That Wasn't Legally Binding

In June 2023, Olivia Attwood and Bradley Dack held what appeared to be a fairytale wedding at the five-star Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge. The ceremony featured a stunning £30,000 Galia Lahav gown and was adorned with 25,000 individual flowers. Their special day was captured for the ITV reality series Olivia Meets Her Match, which documented their relationship over three seasons.

Cameras showed Attwood nervously signing what appeared to be a marriage register with Dack by her side, witnessed by his best friend Ronnie Vint and her brother Max. However, according to investigations by the Mail on Sunday, no official record of the marriage exists at the City of Westminster Archives Centre or the General Register Office, where all marriages in England and Wales must be recorded.

Why the Legalities Were Never Completed

Sources close to the situation have revealed multiple reasons why the marriage was never made legally binding. The Bulgari Hotel did not possess a wedding license at the time of their ceremony, requiring the couple to complete paperwork at a registry office in Cheshire six weeks later. During this interim period, Attwood reportedly uncovered what sources describe as "a number of mistruths" that prevented her from following through with the legal formalities.

"Despite her best efforts, the wedding planner was unable to turn one around in time, so an appointment was made six weeks after the ceremony to complete paperwork at a registry office near their home in Cheshire," explained a source. "During these six weeks, Olivia uncovered a number of mistruths, which put a stall on following through with the paperwork."

The Relationship Timeline and Recent Developments

Attwood and Dack's relationship spanned over a decade, beginning before her appearance on Love Island in 2017. She initially joined the dating show after Dack's first infidelity, but the couple reconciled shortly after her departure. Their relationship continued until January 2026, when sources cited a "breach of trust" as the reason for their permanent separation.

Since the split, Attwood has moved into a new London apartment and removed "Dack" from her online surname. She was recently photographed kissing her friend and podcast co-host Pete Wicks during a night out in Soho, with sources claiming Dack felt "embarrassed and upset" upon seeing the images and subsequently unfollowed her on social media.

The couple's only remaining symbol of their union appears to be matching tattoos they received on their wedding day: Attwood has "Till death" on her arm while Dack has "Do us part" on his wrist. Multiple women have come forward claiming Dack was unfaithful during their relationship, including allegations he cheated while Attwood was working abroad.

Representatives for Bradley Dack have declined to comment on the revelations about the legal status of their marriage.
