Coronation Street 'Confirms' Who Will Expose Jodie – And It's Not Shona

Jodie Ramsey, portrayed by Olivia Frances-Brown, left DS Lisa Swain, played by Vicky Myers, feeling distinctly uneasy in tonight's episode of Coronation Street. The local detective is certainly not someone to make an enemy of, especially if you are embroiled in a nefarious scheme. However, Jodie appears to thrive on living dangerously, and tonight she threw herself into the lion's den by offering to babysit Connie for Carla Connor, played by Alison King.
A Suspicious Babysitting Offer
With both Carla and Lisa needing to head into work, Carla was at a loss over what to do with her niece. Jodie stepped in, offering to take care of Connie for a few hours. After assuring Carla that she was DBS checked and had experience looking after children, Jodie was left in charge. When Lisa arrived home later, she was startled to find Jodie in the kitchen, helping herself to drinks and snacks. As Jodie explained her presence, Lisa did not look impressed.
Carla returned home shortly after, and Lisa immediately voiced her concerns. She urged Carla to check references before allowing anyone else to look after Connie. With Carla having agreed to this, could this mark the beginning of Jodie's downfall? Will Lisa take a closer look into Jodie's history and uncover something alarming?
Teased Revelations and Potential Exposures
Actress Olivia Frances-Brown has already teased that the link between Jodie and Emmerdale's Graham Foster, portrayed by Andrew Scarborough, is set to be revealed 'pretty soon'. Could it be Lisa who uncovers this truth? Additionally, with Kit Green, played by Jacob Roberts, having been the one to find Jodie after she escaped Graham's van in the Corriedale episode, could he assist Lisa in piecing together the puzzle?
Jodie does not take kindly to being crossed, having meddled in the lives of several neighbours for minor misdeeds. Could Lisa find herself in Jodie's crosshairs next, or will the detective put an end to Jodie's misdeeds before she has a chance to enact revenge?
