Hamleys Opens Two New London Stores at Major Travel Hubs

Legendary toy shop Hamleys is opening two new London stores, bringing its magic to more travel hubs across the city. The iconic brand, which first opened its doors in 1760, remains the oldest and biggest toy shop in the world, with its flagship Regent Street store spanning 54,000 square feet over seven themed floors.

New Locations

Hamleys has announced that two new stores are coming to London. The first is a 500-square-foot pop-up at Liverpool Street Station, opening in early May. It will offer a range of plush bears and animals, as well as pocket-money toys including slime, magic tricks, and mini cars. Travelers can also pick up card games, sticker books, and compact board games for long journeys.

The second store is set to debut at Heathrow Terminal 2 in mid-June. This 1,000-square-foot space will be the second Hamleys in the airport, joining an existing store in Terminal 4. Its offering will include the signature bear range, travel games and puzzles, tech toys, dolls, action figures, and Lego and Playmobil construction sets.

Expanding Presence

These new stores add to existing Hamleys travel shops at London Bridge and St Pancras stations. The brand operates hundreds of stores across 13 countries, including Italy, India, the UAE, China, the Philippines, and Mexico.

Heathrow was recently crowned the best airport in the world for shopping, and Hamleys in Terminal 2 will join other luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Burberry, and Harrods.

Hamleys continues to delight children and adults alike with its iconic stuffed teddies, Harry Potter wands, and a wide array of toys. The new stores aim to make travel more enjoyable for families and toy enthusiasts.
