Fox's Burton's Companies (FBC) UK has issued a recall for Arran Fine Foods Caramelised Red Onion Chutney after discovering that the product may contain pieces of metal. The company warns customers not to consume the chutney and to return it to the store for a full refund.

The recall affects specific batches of the 195g and 1.35kg packs. The 195g jars with best before dates from November 25, 2028, through February 3, 2029, are included. The 1.35kg jars with best before dates from April 28, 2027, through August 17, 2027, are also affected.
Consumer Advice
The Food Standards Agency has advised: "If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was purchased for a full refund." Customers who have purchased the chutney are urged to check the batch numbers and return any affected products immediately.
