Olympia London Bars and Restaurants: Full Summer 2026 Line-Up
Olympia London Bars and Restaurants Summer 2026 Line-Up

Olympia London is set to unveil a series of new bars, restaurants, and venues this summer following a £1.3 billion transformation. The multi-purpose West London site, originally built 140 years ago, has been reimagined as a cultural landmark. First approved by Hammersmith and Fulham Council in 2019, the project secured provisional trading licences in May 2024. With an opening date of June 15, the line-up includes a contemporary Japanese restaurant, a Mexican-inspired rooftop bar, and more.

Food and Drink Openings

Several exclusive bars and restaurants will open in the new Canopy rooftop area on June 15:

Wolves of Tokyo

Wolves of Tokyo is an 8,000-square-foot restaurant and rooftop bar offering Japanese Izakaya-style bar snacks, multi-course tasting menus, and cocktails. The 280-cover space is inspired by modern Tokyo and noir film, featuring an open kitchen, counter seating, and an apartment-esque private dining room with karaoke. Head chef Sharon Patriciello, formerly of ROKA London, has curated dishes such as fresh maki, sashimi, chicken donburi, and wagyu steak. Cocktail highlights include the Sake Martini, Shitake Old Fashioned, and Sesame Colada.

Lillie's

Lillie's is a rooftop wine bar and restaurant with views across the West London skyline, focusing on English produce and sparkling wines. The menu includes wines from UK estates, seasonal cocktails, shareable small plates, and afternoon tea. Dishes feature Exmoor Caviar, Carlingford Oysters, Devon day boat fish, Salt Marsh lamb cutlets, and a signature lobster roll. Lighter options include burrata with Isle of Wight heritage tomatoes and king oyster mushroom 'scallops'.

Bar Arriba

Bar Arriba combines West London views with a menu inspired by Mexican flavours and DJ sets throughout the week. Guests can enjoy large plates such as Chipotle beef short rib and baked sea bream, along with tacos and tostadas. Desserts include dulce de leche-filled churros. On Saturdays, Casa Arriba offers a boozy brunch with modern Mexican dishes and a music-led atmosphere.

Arbour

The Canopy space also hosts Arbour, a multi-concept food hall with four eateries: Fry Baby (gourmet fried chicken), The Rambler (farm-to-fork eats), Whammy Burger (smashed burgers), and Café Modo (artisan coffee).

Live Entertainment Venues

British Airways ARC

The 3,800-capacity live music venue, operated by AEG Presents, opens on June 16 with two headline shows from Mercury Prize-nominated artist Self Esteem. A stellar line-up follows, including McFly, Zac Brown Band, Khalid, and a five-night residency from Van Morrison. The British Airways Theatre, London's largest permanent theatre in 50 years, is set to open in 2027.

Upstairs at Pillar Hall

A 500+-capacity live music venue will open in the Grade II-listed Pillar Hall in autumn. Details are limited, but it will feature a double-height room with a mezzanine overlooking dining areas. It joins recently opened Idalia, a British all-day restaurant, and Pepperbird, a speakeasy-style bar inspired by Olympia's musical heritage.
