Michelin-Starred Chef Opens Rosina in Wandsworth

A Michelin-starred chef is bringing Italian flavors to south London with a new restaurant opening this summer. Adam Byatt, the chef-owner of Clapham's Michelin-starred Trinity, British diner Bistro Union, and Brasserie Constance on Fulham Pier, will launch Rosina on Wandsworth Common in June 2026.

Rosina, named after Byatt's daughter Rosie, will occupy the former Brinkley's Kitchen site at the corner of Trinity Road and Bellevue Road, in the same neighborhood as the renowned French eatery Chez Bruce. The restaurant is a compact venue, seating 50 diners indoors and 25 on the terrace. It will also feature a separate bar and a private dining room with its own outdoor space.

Italian Inspiration and Seasonal Produce

Byatt announced the venture on Instagram, stating that while he is known for English and French gastronomy at Trinity, Rosina will focus on Italian and Mediterranean flavors. The menu will emphasize large sharing plates made with high-quality produce from both the UK and Italy. The wine list will predominantly feature Italian wines.
